NFL Week 10 2020 Preview and Predictions

Here are My NFL Week 10 2020 Preview and Predictions

         Week 9 Record: 8-6

         Overall Record: 86-46-1

Lock Pick of the Week: 8-1

Upset Pick of the Week: 3-4

         Thursday Night Football-Marquee Game

Indianapolis Colts [5-3] at Tennessee Titans [6-2]

         TV: FOX/NFL Network/Amazon Prime

Time: 8:20 PM ET/7:20 PM CT

Thoughts: This is a big game in the AFC South between these two teams. The Colts have won 10 out of the last 12 games at Tennessee against the Titans. The Titans are 6th in the NFL in rushing offense while the Colts are 2nd in the NFL in rushing defense. The Titans defense got back on track against the Bears last week. The Colts are 2-2 on the road this season averaging 25.7 ppg on offense and allowing 22.7 ppg. The Titans are 4-1 at home this season averaging 33 ppg on offense and allowing 25.2 ppg.

           Prediction: Titans win 26-23

Sunday 1:00 PM ET/12:00 PM CT Games

           Lock Pick of the Week

Jacksonville Jaguars [1-7] at Green Bay Packers [6-2]

          TV: FOX

Thoughts: The Jaguars have lost 7 straight games after winning in Week 1. The Packers dominated bad teams. They are 5-1 against teams under .500 this season. The Packers are scoring 34.3 ppg while allowing 22.6 ppg in those games. The Jaguars are 27th in pass defense and 26th in rush defense. The Packers will have a field day against this team.

          Blowout: Packers win 42-7

Philadelphia Eagles [3-4-1] at New York Giants [2-7]

TV: FOX in Philadelphia and New York City

Thoughts: This has become a one-sided rivalry. The Eagles have won 7 straight games against the Giants and 13 out of the last 14 in this series. They are averaging 28.9 ppg while allowing just 19.5 ppg in the last 14 games in this rivalry. Carson Wentz has dominated the Giants in his career. He has thrown for 2,179 yards with 11 touchdowns and just 4 interceptions in his career against the Giants. The Giants are 4-2 vs the Washington Football Team in the last 3 years, but just 8-34 against the rest of the NFL.

            Prediction: Eagles win 31-13

Tampa Bay Buccaneers [6-3] at Carolina Panthers [3-6]

            TV: FOX

Thoughts: The Buccaneers got embarrassed on Sunday Night Football against the Saints. When good teams get embarrassed they come out and dominated the next week. The Buccaneers are a good team. The Panthers are rebuilding as they have lost 4 straight games after starting the season 3-2. The Buccaneers bounce back against the Panthers in Week 2 after losing to the Saints in Week 1. I see the same thing happening in Week 10.

            Prediction: Buccaneers win 35-14

Houston Texans [2-6] at Cleveland Browns [5-3]

TV: FOX in Houston and Ohio

            Prediction: Browns win 30-14

Washington Football Team [2-6] at Detroit Lions [3-5]

TV: FOX in the Mid-Atlantic and Michigan

            Prediction: Lions win 21-7

Marquee Sunday 4:00 PM ET/3:00 PM CT Games

Buffalo Bills [7-2] at Arizona Cardinals [5-3]

            TV: CBS

Thoughts: The Bills played their best game of the year last week against the Seahawks. Josh Allen threw for 415 yards while the defense forced 4 turnovers and hit Russell Wilson 16 times. The Cardinals defense has been bad in the last 2 games. They have allowed 34 ppg in each of the last 2 games. The Bills are 4-2 vs teams above .500 while the Cardinals are 0-2 against teams above .500 this season. The Cardinals competition is starting to get tough while the Bills schedule is starting to get easier outside of the Steelers and Dolphins.

             Prediction: Bills win 34-31

Seattle Seahawks [6-2] at Los Angeles Rams [5-3]

             TV: FOX

Thoughts: The Seahawks are dead last in the NFL in pass defense. Teams are starting to take advantage of their bad pass defense like the Bills did last week. The Rams will do the same thing. The Rams are the team to beat in the NFC West as they can throw the ball and run. They can also play defense. The Rams are 7-3 in their last 10 games against the Seahawks. They match-up well against the Seahawks.

             Prediction: Rams win 31-23

Other Sunday 4:00 PM ET/3:00 PM CT Games

Upset Pick of the Week No.1

Denver Broncos [3-5] at Las Vegas Raiders [5-3]

             TV: CBS

Thoughts: This is a trap game for the Raiders. The Raiders play the Chiefs at home next week. The Broncos have actually been better on the road this season. They are 2-2 on the road averaging 25.7 ppg on offense on the road this season. The Raiders are just 1-2 at home this season. They are averaging 25.3 ppg while allowing 33 ppg at home this season. The Raiders are 25th in the NFL in passing defense.

              Upset: Broncos win 38-31

San Francisco 49ers [4-5] at New Orleans Saints [6-2]

              TV: FOX

Thoughts: The 49ers have had a season of injuries to key players this season. They got embarrassed on Thursday Night Football and will give the Saints a game. The Saints are coming off their best game against the Buccaneers on Sunday Night Football. This will be closer than everyone thinks. The Saints are the healthier team and that will be the difference.

               Prediction: Saints win 33-19

Los Angeles Chargers [2-6] at Miami Dolphins [5-3]

TV: CBS in Los Angeles and South Florida

               Prediction: Dolphins win 34-21

Cincinnati Bengals [2-5-1] at Pittsburgh Steelers [8-0]

                TV: FOX

                Prediction: Steelers win 31-21

                Sunday Night Football

Baltimore Ravens [6-2] at New England Patriots [3-5]

                TV: NBC

Time: 8:20 PM ET/7:20 PM CT

                 Prediction: Ravens win 38-14

Monday Night Football-Upset Pick of the Week No.2

Minnesota Vikings [3-5] at Chicago Bears [5-4]

                 TV: ESPN

Time: 8:15 PM ET/7:15 PM CT

Thoughts: The Bears are 16-3 in their last 19 home games since 2000 against the Vikings. They have won 4 straight games against the Vikings. This is a must win game for the Bears. The Bears have fallen 2 games behind the Packers in the loss column and the Packers get an easy game this week. The offense for the Bears needs to show up and help out the defense.

                 Upset: Bears win 23-21
