Eastern Conference Finals: Brooklyn over Milwaukee
Thoughts: The Nets are the clear favorites to get to the NBA Finals with the duo of Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant. Kevin Durant comes back for the Nets as he did not play last year. They added Jeff Green and Jarrett Allen to their bench. The Hawks could be a sleeper team in the East this year. They added Clint Capela, Bogdan Bogdanovic and Danilo Gallinari to go with the Young Duo of Trae Young and John Collins. They also added a veteran off the bench in Rajon Rondo. The Wizards will compete for the Final playoff spot with the acquisition of Russell Westbrook, but they don't have much else to get over the hump. The Magic will take a step back as they did nothing in free agency.

Western Conference Finals: :LA Lakers over LA Clippers
Thoughts: The Lakers are the clear favorites to come out of the Western Conference and repeat as the NBA Champions. The Clippers are the one team that can challenge the Lakers in the West. The Mavericks could make a jump this year in the Luka Doncic's 2nd season. If Kristaps Porzingis can stay healthy then the Mavericks will really makes some noise in the West. The Suns will be a playoff team with the acquisition of Chris Paul. The Rockets and Thunder are both rebuilding. The Rockets traded away both Russell Westbrook and Clint Capela this off-season. The Thunder traded away Chris Paul this off-season.
NBA Finals: LA Lakers over Brooklyn
Overview: The Lakers will repeat as the NBA Champions. They still have LeBron and Anthony Davis. The Lakers added to their team by adding Marc Gasol and Dennis Schroder in the off-season. The Nets will have a full season of Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving this season. They will be the favorites in the East. The Thunder, Knicks and Pistons will all be in the race for the No.1 pick in next year's draft.
