Drew McIntyre [C] squashes Goldberg [WWE Championship]
Thoughts: This match was decent at best. Goldberg should not Wrestle again. He botched the Jackhammer on Drew McIntyre in this match. Drew McIntyre won by hitting the Claymore on Goldberg. Goldberg's had a great career, he needs to stop before he ruins his legacy.

Sasha Banks [C] defeated Carmella [Smackdown Women's Championship]
Thoughts: This was a good match between these two. There match at TLC was better than tonight, but it was still good. Carmella stepped up her game in this rivalry with Sasha Banks. Sasha Banks retain the Smackdown Women's Championship with the Bank Statement. Sasha can put on a good match against anybody.

Bianca Belair eliminates Rhea Ripley to win the Women's Royal Rumble
Thoughts: I would put this match higher if not for the 24/7 title non-sense that happen in this match. Bianca Belair won this match and look like the next Superstar in doing so. Rhea Ripley looked dominant in this match eliminating 7 Women which was the most in either Rumble match tonight. I'm glad they didn't have Charlotte Flair win again and had Bianca Belair win. Bianca Belair vs Auska or Bianca Belair vs Sasha Banks would be good choices for Wrestle Mania.

Peter Rosenburg defeated R-Truth [C]
Thoughts: The 24/7 title needs to go. It has no purpose on WWE TV anymore. It was cool at first, but now it is a eye-roll. We'll get another segment on Raw with R-Truth winning teh 24/7 title back from Peter Rosenburg which we don't need. The 24/7 title needs to go. This is the only thing I didn't like about tonight.

Roman Reigns [C] defeated Kevin Owens [WWE Universal Championship-Last Man Standing Match]
Thoughts: This was a physical match between these two like we knew it would be. Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens beat the hell out of each other. They went all around the ThunderDome in St. Petersburg. Kevin Owens rose his stock in this match despite being on the losing end. Roman Reigns showed he is the best heel in the business in this match. This was one of the matches of the night. This is the best Roman Reigns we are seeing right now.

Edge eliminates Randy Orton to win the Men's Royal Rumble
Thoughts: I know some people are going to have a problem with Edge winning the Royal Rumble, but he was the only choice I would had been ok with other than Shinsuke Nakamura. Edge vs Drew McIntyre or Edge vs Roman Reigns would be good at Wrestle Mania. Edge has at least one more title run in him before he retires for good. Damien Priest look impressive in this Rumble match eliminating 4 Men. Seth Rollins would eliminate Daniel Bryan ending his Wrestle Mania dream. I wouldn't mind see Seth Rollins vs Daniel Bryan at Wrestle Mania.

WWE Royal Rumble 2021 Scorecard: 3.5
Overview: This was a good PPV overall. I would have given it a 4.2 if it was for the 24/7 title non-sense they had to had on this PPV. The rest of the PPV was good outside of the opening match. Edge vs Drew McIntyre or Edge vs Roman Reigns at Wrestle Mania. Either of those choices would be good. Bianca Belair vs Auska or Bianca Belair vs Sasha Banks at Wrestle Mania. Either of those choices would be good. Rhea Ripley and Damien Priest rose their stocks by dominating their respective Rumbles. This was the best Royal Rumble PPV in a long while.
