WWE Money In The Bank 2021 Scorecard: Roman and Edge deliver a match for the ages and Peacock lagging

Here is My WWE Money in the Bank 2021 Scorecard: Roman and Edge deliver a match for the ages and Peacock lagging.

              0-Worst on the Planet

              1-Terrible

              2-Below Average

              3-Average

              4-Good

              5-Insant Classic

              Pre-Show

The Usos defeated The Mysterios [C] [Smackdown Tag Team Championship]

Thoughts: This was a really good match between these two teams to start off the night. Both the Mysterios and the Usos were on their game. It was one of the better tag team matches I've seen in a while in the WWE. The finish of course ruin it by a roll-up. How many matches in the WWE this year are going to end in a roll-up?

                Match Score: 3

                Main Show

Nikki A.S.H defeated Auska, Naomi, Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, Zelina Vega, Natalya and Tamina [Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match]

Thoughts: This was the worst match of the night. It had potential to be good, but the crowd wasn't into it for the most part and I picked up on that watching at home. The booking decision kill this match for me too. Liv Morgan or Zelina Vega should had won the Money in the Bank match not Nikki A.S.H. Nikki A.S.H will be the first female to fail a cash-in. Terrible booking decision by the WWE.

                  Match Score: 1

A.J Styles & Omos [C] defeated The Viking Raiders [Raw Tag Team Championship]

Thoughts: This was a good tag team match, but we just saw this on Raw in 2 separate singles matches. No care was put into this Tag Team title match between these two and that's a shame because this was a good match. WWE needs to build up a actually feud between Tag Teams by telling a story, not having them face each other in one-on-one match every week. That's needs to stop.

                    Match Score: 3

Bobby Lashley [C] squashed Kofi Kingston [WWE Championship]

Thoughts: This is how Bobby Lashley should be booked. He should be booked like a beast that squashes his opponents. Bobby Lashley squashed Kofi Kingston as Kofi got little offense in. This reminded me of the Brock Lesnar squash match against John Cena at Summer Slam 7 years ago. This was a one-sided beatdown that will be remembered.

                      Match Score: 5

Charlotte Flair [C] defeated Rhea Ripley [Raw Women's Championship]

Thoughts: This was easily the best match between the two, but we've seen this match-up so many times over the last 2 years. I hope this is the end between these two. This was the best match between Charlotte and Rhea since last year's Wrestle Mania. I normally would not be on board with Charlotte winning the title, but Rhea's title reign was so forgettable that it needed to end. Auska should had never lost the Championship at this year's Wrestle Mania.

                      Match Score: 3

                       Peacock lagging

Thoughts: This is unacceptable by both Peacock and WWE. You got a live streaming service and you have it lag during the PPV. This wouldn't have happen if the WWE kept their Network instead of selling it to Peacock, but it is what it is. This better not happen at Summer Slam next month or I will cancel. I'm paying $4.99 a month for this I expect it to work properly.

                        Network lagging score: 0

Big E defeated Ricochet, John Morrison, Riddle, Drew McIntyre, Kevin Owens, King Nakamura and Seth Rollins [Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match]

Thoughts: This was a great match between all 8 of these guys. Stories are gonna come out of this. Jinder Mahal cost Drew McIntyre the Money in the Bank ladder match by attacking him. This will likely set up a match between the two at Summer Slam. Seth Rollins tried to win the Money in the Bank, but Big E would ended it by hitting the Big Ending off the ladder. I'm glad they gave Big E the Money in the Bank briefcase. This was a good booking decision unlike the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

                         Match Score: 5

                         Seth Rollins Backstage Interview

Thoughts: Seth Rollins backstage interview was great. He is doing his best promo work since he came back at the Royal Rumble. He blamed Edge for taking his opportunity for the WWE Universal Championship which would foreshadowed later in the night. Seth Rollins was clam and then unhinged. I like this version of Seth Rollins.

                          Backstage Interview Score: 5

                          Main Event

Roman Reigns [C] defeated Edge [WWE Universal Championship]

Thoughts: This was a dream match that lived up to the hype. Both Roman and Edge were on their game. This should had been the match at Wrestle Mania and tonight we saw way. This was a match for the ages. Roman dominated the first part of the match and then Edge took control the 2nd part of the match and then they went back and forth. Edge was about to win when Seth Rollins interfered and cost him the match.

                          Match Score: 5

WWE Money In The Bank 2021 Scorecard: 3.3

Overview: This PPV was good overall, but I could had done without the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match, Raw Tag Team Match and Peacock Live stream issues. Peacock needs to get it together and better not lag again at Summer Slam because I'm paying $4.99 a month for this. Money in the Bank set up some matches at Summer Slam. Drew McIntyre vs Jinder Mahal, Roman Reigns vs John Cena and Seth Rollins vs Edge. I don't need to see Roman vs Cena again, but it looks like that's the direction they are going in. I'm looking forward to Drew McIntyre vs Jinder Mahal and Seth Rollins vs Edge at Summer Slam. Seth vs Edge rights itself and Drew vs Jinder is a story of 2 guys that were jobbers 7 years ago and now are top guys in the WWE.
